Admin tools

• User Management: positions, what each person can see, and password resets. Admin and Nurse see everything. Everyone else is granted access area by area.
• Audit Log: who did what, and when. Create reviews and sign them off.
• Archived: restore participants or inquiries you've set aside.
• Company Info: your center's name, address and logo, plus the Inquiry notification emails list.
• Appearance (in Company Info): switch the app between light and dark mode, or follow the device setting. This is set per device, and printing always stays light.
• Security (in Company Info): turn on two-factor authentication so every staff sign-in needs a 6-digit code.
• Billing (bottom of Company Info): your subscription status, trial days remaining, and the plan tiers.
• Cancelling: the same panel has Cancel my subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and Keep my subscription undoes it. During a trial, Cancel my free trial ends access right away. Your records are kept either way.
