Inquiries and enrollment

The enrollment board, tour booking, application links and sending forms.

The Inquiries board is a pipeline: Inquiry → Trial → Enrolling → Enrolled. Drag cards along as people move toward enrollment.
Copy inquiry link at the top of the board copies your public inquiry form. Families who fill it in land on the board automatically.
On the public form, families can book a tour on weekdays at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM. Once a slot is booked, it disappears for everyone else.
Application link sends the family a private /apply form. A DSS-funded applicant has the application fee waived automatically.
Send forms to the family pre-checks only the forms still missing. Completed forms start unchecked.
New inquiries, returned applications and job applications email your notification list, which you set in Company Info.
