Reports
Daily reports, clinical forms, the DSS invoice and the monthly participant report.
- Every report prints with your center's name, address and logo.
- Reports are grouped by purpose: Daily operations, Safety, Clinical forms, Enrollment, Participant Report and Billing. Pick the category, then the report.
- Day to day: Attendance, Meals, Transportation, Toileting, Incidents, Fire Drills and the DSS Invoice.
- Forms: Medical Exam, TB Test, Level of Care, Personal Care, Admin Forms, Care Plan and Enrollment Application.
- The Enrollment Packet puts the authorization, TB and medical exam forms together as one printable packet.
- The Participant Report shows one person's whole month, day by day. Check off just the sections you want: attendance, transport, temperature, meals, activities, toileting and restroom.
