The participant chart
The chart tabs, clinical forms, and send-out links for families and physicians.
- The chart has tabs: Daily (attendance, meals, restroom, temperature, transport, notes), Care Plan, MAR, RN, Admin and Family.
- On the MAR tab, check off doses for AM, Noon and PM.
- Each RN form is its own card with its own Save button, so you can save one form without closing the chart.
- Send-out links let others fill in forms: /tb for the family's TB questionnaire, /tb-md for the physician's TB page, and /med-exam for the physician's Medical Examination Report. They all save straight back into the chart.
- Print Level of Care and Personal Care from Reports, not from the chart, for a clean paginated copy.
- The Family tab links guardians and shows their access codes.
