Activities, meals, personal care and photos

The activity calendar, meal plans, personal care requests and the day's photos.

Calendar: schedule activities with times. Today's plan shows on the floor cards so staff can check it off.
Meals: plan menu items for each day, upload a calendar image, and print a branded copy.
Personal Care: the items request form, with a client link the family can fill in from home.
Photos: upload the day's pictures. Untagged photos are filed as center activities for everyone. Tag a participant to group a photo under that person.
Families see photos in the family portal and the mobile apps.
