Signing in and security

Center codes, family sign-in, two-factor codes and automatic sign-out.

Staff sign in with the center code, then their email and password. The center code ties you to your center, so you only see your own participants.
Families use the Family sign-in link, with the access code from their welcome sheet or their email and password.
The app signs you out after 15 minutes without activity. When the prompt appears, click Stay signed in to keep working.
If your center requires two-factor authentication, you choose how to get your 6-digit code: text message or email. Enter it on the next screen to finish signing in. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one from that screen.
Text messages go to the mobile number on your user record, which an admin sets in User Management. With no number on file, the code comes by email.
After a password reset, you'll set a new password before the app opens.
